We see notes signed by both Mr. B and Mr. Brookhaven but the question remains... is this the same person or are they 2 different people?

School Base

Steps:

1. Once you have unlocked the School Base Room, look for a note in the corner of this room.

Barn

Steps:

1. After completing the quest, turn on High Voltage in Town Hall.
2. Head to the Barn, look for the hay on the First Floor and this note should be there.
