The first crystal to be found is non other than the one at the hospital. Is it a coincidence that to start this quest we had to first visit the hospital where we clicked on the stack of papers so we could unlock TSLVL1?

On the roof of the hospital in the center. Use the ladder to the right to gain access to the roof.
